Abstract: Section I

This paper provides two distinct but related analyses. Firstly, it demonstrates with absolute confidence that trading any cryptocurrency, exchange-traded fund, mutual fund, stock, or stock option can yield an immediate return on investment of 1.0% or greater pre-expenses. Our research shows that a success rate of 90% or more is possible, provided that certain recommended conditions are met. We provide guidance on how to build a random population, draw a sample, and test these methodologies for personal and family benefits. We demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach by trading with real cash assets and provide processes to mitigate risk. Secondly, we propose a United States Permanent Dividend Fund designed to promote life procreation, lifespan extension, and improved quality of life. The plan involves monthly payments to all United States citizens starting from birth, determined by a licensed general practitioner. Our goal is to shift power from government and corporate America back to the people, generating wealth for the people and by the people. We believe that a larger, healthier, and long-lived population benefits us all, and our vision of the American Dream will thrive and spread globally and beyond. The three branches of government are charged with maintaining this dream within the framework of our founding fathers' principles.
